ADVANCED PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH FIRST AID (PHFA Level 2)
The advanced Psychological Health First Aid (PHFA) course is designed for participants who have completed the basic PHFA training and wish to deepen their knowledge in managing Psychological Health First Aid systems or become certified trainers. This 2-day, 14-hour course will provide participants with the skills necessary to set up and lead PHFA teams within organizations or communities, manage crisis documentation, and understand the ethical responsibilities of a professional first aider. The program also includes practical assessments and hands-on experience to ensure readiness for real-life application.

Course Objective

• Equip participants with the knowledge to manage and lead PHFA teams within corporate or community settings.
• Train participants in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for PHFA support groups.
• Ensure participants understand the code of conduct, ethical guidelines, and professional limitations as psychological first aiders.
